Founder’s Story — a path to success and balance

I began my career at OVB and later continued at Fincentrum. But I always dreamed of building my own company—one that would be successful while still giving me time for my family.

That’s exactly how Master Finance operates today. We’ve created a workplace where everyone can work without stress and find friends among colleagues. My role is to ensure the team has the right conditions to handle client requests with quality and without unnecessary pressure.

I also continue to work with clients every day, because I believe a personal, human approach is the key to success.
